Cognitive Education Programs

Star of Life Foundation is a 501(c)(3) public benefits, non-profit organization helping families in therapy, behavior modification and cognitive education programs across the United States.

During the past seven years, we have assisted thousands of families find ways to fund the costs of such programs. It is important to state that the organization does not offer grants but helps the family look for alternative funds through the auspices of the foundation.

Programs that assist a student through proven therapeutic and experiential methods and offer a myriad of living and education conditions may be considered by the foundation. Schools offering specific therapy or environments, that meet the needs of a particular condition or therapy, may or may not be offered by other organizations. It is up to the family to consider the needs and requirements of a student before placement with a program. The foundation cannot guarantee results for any program nor can the foundation expect that a method of therapy from a school or program be effective. The foundation works with many schools and organizations across the United States and abroad. Our list expands with appropriate organizations that offer directions to assist the needs of the student.

Though the foundation is involved with helping source funds, the foundation coordinates efforts with various schools or organizations. The foundation does not place students into programs. The foundation maintains a list of approved consultants and coordinators who will work with the family on particular needs to include living skills, education and specialized therapy.
